The Future
After the ground level has been raised sufficiently, work will begin on restoring the biodiversity to the quarry and creating a place of natural regeneration.
Once this first phase of the restoration has been completed there will be a further application for a number of eco-lodges to be built on site that will enable families and individuals to stay and explore both the nature reserve of the quarry and the surrounding area.
Our hope is to provide high quality accommodation for people to stay for short breaks from which to explore the rest of the Estate, including the winery, vineyard, farm and the local area.
